In November 2023, Arboretum Park, supported using public funding by Arts Council England, welcomed Amy J Wilson to begin a four-week long residency at The Orangery.
The work was about engaging visitors with the public statues in Arboretum Park, their history and to think about our relationship to them and how we care about them. Using interactive technology Wilson worked with workshop participants to bring the public sculptures to life, allowing people to feed, play and care for the statues.
