  1. Pocket Boar is an interactive work created as part of an artist residency at Derby Arboretum. The work's content was developed during participatory workshops with local families and residents. Using Unity and a pixel art aesthetic, the work calls back to the height of the virtual pet fad in the late 1990s, evoking games such as Tamagotchi. The work reimagines Derby Arboretum's Florentine Boar statue as an interactive pet. The player is tasked with taking care of the statue - they are able to feed, play and interact with the now animate Florentine Boar.

Pocket Boar is available to play online.
